Pricing

Sandstone Catering is committed to offering its clients the perfect blend between fine cuisine and affordability. Pricing can be affected by the date, duration, and location of the event as well as equipment needed and menu selection.  Our proposals are priced all inclusive and each area can be viewed individually, with all taxes and gratuities included.

Every event is unique. It is difficult to pinpoint an exact cost for your event without first determining your specific requirements. The following list of prices is merely a suggestion of the price ranges of past events that we have performed. All prices are subject to change.

CORPORATE EVENTS
Breakfast: $12-$25 per person (12 person minimum)
Lunch:  $18-$45 per person (12 person minimum)

BRUNCH
$25-$50 per person (15 person minimum)

BUFFET WEDDING
$45-$100 per person (20 person minimum)

PLATED MEALS
$65-$200.00 per person (8 person minimum)

COCKTAIL PARTY
Light Hors D'eouvres $15-35 per person (20 person minimum)
Heavy Hors D'oeuvres $35-$85 per person (20 person minimum)

THEMED EVENTS
$35-$80 per person (Pricing depends on Buffet or Plated format)

SERVICE FEES
Butler Staff/ Bartender: $25 per hour/ per person      
Event Coordinator: $ 40 per hour
Chef Station: $25 per hour/ per Chef
Executive Chef: $100 per hour

OTHER EVENT SERVICES
Sandstone can provide you with any services related to your event (rentals, flowers, music, photography, wedding cakes, transportation, salon/spa services, concierge services, etc.) These are subject to a 20% handling fee.
