Q: I'd love to use Sandstone for my event, how do I get started?


Give us a call today to check our availability! Then you can tell us about your vision for the event and once all the information we need is gathered, we will put together a personalized proposal.  After you receive the proposal, you can ask questions and we can make a few adjustments if necessary. From there, you will need to pay the inital deposit to secure your date. Our policies explain in further detail our payment schedules. After this point we are booked and will work with you closely to make sure your event is everything you hope it will be!



Q:  Do you offer decorating services?
A: While Sandstone Catering does provide place settings, the customer is responsible for all extra table decorations as well as center pieces if desired. However, we can arrange for decorating services for your event through our extensive network of service providers. If you'd like us to handle these preparations for your event, just contact us via phone or email or fill out the request form on our website and let us know what you need.

Q: Can you create custom menus for an event?
A: Yes, of course. One of our food associates would be more than happy to work with you and to create a menu specific to your needs and desires.

Q: We have a limited budget, can you work with us?

Yes, of course we can!  There are many factors that contribute to the total cost on an event and we will take the time to dsicuss all options with you and make every work within your budget.

Q: How much is the initial security deposit?
A: An initial deposit of $500 will secure your event date. This is a non-refundable deposit and it is valid for 30 days so that we may complete the proposal process and finalize the event menu. The deposit will be applied toward the proposal total. We accept cash, personal checks and the major credit cards shown at the bottom of the page. Please review our Polices section as to cancellation procedures.
